FPCCI president leaves for Tajikistan alongside PM

KARACHI

Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FPCCI) President Zubair F Tufail has left for Tajikistan today along with Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, it was learnt here.

He is part of the delegation that includes Commerce Minister Khurram Dastgir, Adviser to the Prime Minister on Foreign Affairs Sartaj Aziz, and Minister for Water and Power Khawaja Muhammad Asif.

President FPCCI will attend and address the 3rd meeting of Pakistan-Tajikistan Joint Business Council in Dushanbe and also discuss the matters of bilateral trade enhancement and trade cooperation in the region.

Tajikistan has been an important member of Economic Cooperation Organization (ECO).

During Zubair’s absence Senior Vice President, FPCCI Aamer Ata Bajwa will be the acting president.
