Three-day Pak-China industrial expo to commence from 13th

Pakistan China Joint Chamber of Commerce and Industry would conduct its first ‘Offline/Online Pakistan China Industrial Expo 2020’ from 13 till 15 November in Lahore.

The concept regarding offline/online exhibition, to be held in collaboration with Everest International Expo Pvt. Ltd, is to provide choice to the participants to attend exhibition physically or by practicing social distancing, said PCJCCI President SM Naveed during a press conference on Tuesday.

The event was attended by Everest International Expo Pvt Ltd CEO Frank Fa, PCJCCI Senior Vice President Daud Ahmed, Vice President Khalid Rafique Choudhry and Secretary General Salahuddin Hanif.

SM Naveed said under the under prevailing global pandemic, it would be inconvenient to hold meetings and conferences at massive levels. “The current initiative has been taken to digitally link our member companies with Chinese enterprises of CNC machinery, construction machinery, new energy, building material, agricultural machinery, plastic machinery, hardware, chemical, and auto parts.”

He said that all business-to-business meetings will be held online via terminal equipment which is installed on every booth. In this way, the event would go on with a minimal impact of Covid-19.

Wang Zihai, PCJCCI executive member and the representative of Everest International Expo Pvt. Ltd expressed stated, “Our Company is one of the prestigious companies and our aim is to promote and enhance bilateral relations between Pakistan and China.”
