The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has notified revised valuation tables for residential and commercial properties in Naval Anchorage, Islamabad Capital Territory, and introduced separate rates for plots with possession and without possession.
FBR issued SRO 332(I)/2026 to amend SRO 163(I)/2026 and updated valuation rates for immovable properties in the area.
Under the previous valuation, no distinction existed between properties with possession and non-possession for plots and farmhouses in Naval Anchorage. The revised notification now applies separate values for both categories.
For residential open plots, FBR fixed a value of Rs 20,000 per sq yard for plots with possession. Value for residential open plots without possession has been set at Rs 8,000 per sq yard.
For commercial open plots, the revised rate is Rs 13,774 per sq yard for plots with possession. Commercial open plots without possession have been valued at Rs 8,000 per sq yard.
FBR also revised the valuation for Agro/Poultry/Vegetable Farms (value per kanal/500 square yards) in Naval Anchorage.
Under new rates, Naval Farms with possession will be valued at Rs2,000,000 per kanal (500 square yards), while Naval Farms without possession will be valued at Rs800,000 per kanal (500 square yards).
