Nandipur power plant tariff goes up by Rs1.11 per unit

ISLAMABAD: National Electric Power Regulatory Authority (NEPRA) has scaled up Nandipur power plant tariff by Rs 1.11 per unit.

According to media reports, Nandipur power tariff has been increased from Rs 4.94 per unit to Rs 6.05 per unit. This way financial burden of Rs 1 billion has been shifted to the consumers.

Total production cost of LNG has also been increased by Rs 0.50 per unit.
