Czech Republic keen to promote trade ties with Pakistan

ISLAMABAD: Confederation of Industry of Czech Republic Vice President, Frantisek Chaloupecky has said that the business community of his country is interested in promoting trade relations with Pakistan and would support every effort initiated in this regard.

Talking to a delegation of Islamabad Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ICCI) in Prague, he said Information Technology, telecom and software are the booming sectors in the Czech Republic and Pakistan could gain good benefits for its economy by promoting cooperation with his country in these areas.

During the meeting, both sides discussed in detail the ways and means to further improve business relations in areas of interest.
