PSX Director Shahnawaz Mahmood tenders resignation

KARACHI: Shahnawaz Mahmood, the Director of Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited tendered resignation with immediate effect.

According to a notification published on PSX website on Friday, the casual vacancy created on the Board, as a result of said resignation, will be filled by the Board of Directors of the Company within the timeframe provided under the Companies Act, 2017.
