Govt to launch digital payment system for deserving women: Sania

ISLAMABAD: Special Assistant to Prime Minister on Poverty Alleviation and Social Safety Division Dr Sania Nishtar has said that the federal government will soon launch a digital payment system for deserving women under Ehsas Kifalat Programme.

Talking to newsmen after the inauguration of Nayab Customer Services in Peshawar on Monday, she said Prime Minister Imran Khan will formally inaugurate the programme on January 31. She said under the programme, in the first time deserving women will benefit through ATM service based on biometric for avoiding misuse of payment.
