Asad Ali Shah appointed director of K-Electric

KARACHI: Syed Asad Ali Shah Jilani was appointed Director of K-Electric with effect from Tuesday (January 27, 2020). 

This was announced in a notification sent to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) on Tuesday. The letter further stated the appointment has been made in place of casual vacancy that occurred due to the resignation of Ikram UI-Majeed Sehgal on November 6, 2019.
