CEO of Bank Alfalah tenders resignation

KARACHI: Chief Executive Officer and Director of Bank Alfalah Limited Nauman Ansarion Friday tendered his resignation citing his personal reasons.

According to a notification sent to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) here, the Board of Directors of Bank Alflah in its meeting held on February 13, 2020 has accepted his resignation.

The notification further said that the vacancy of the post of CEO will be filled by the Board of Directors in due course after completing all legal and regulatory formalities.

Until that time Nauman Ansari will continue performing his role as Presiden and CEO of the Bank, the notification concluded.
