Sufficient POL stocks available for next 15 days: Petro Division

ISLAMABAD: There is sufficient stock of the petroleum products available in the country for next 15 days, a spokesman of the Petroleum Division said on Sunday.

In a statement, the spokesman said there is a stock of 285,000 million tonnes of petrol and 50,000 million tonnes of diesel available in the country.

In addition, two ships laden with petroleum products including 50,000 million tonnes of petrol and 50,000 million tonnes of diesel are docked at Kimari and Port Qasim, he added.

The spokesperson appealed to the people to purchase the petroleum products as per the requirement and avoid unnecessary stock.
