Abdulla Lootah re-elected chairman, Jawad Majid Khan to continue as CEO of Bank Makramah
Board confirms appointments under Companies Act following March 27 AGM

Bank Makramah Limited has re-elected Mr. Abdulla Nasser Abdulla Hussain Lootah as Chairman of the Board of Directors for a new three-year term, while Mr. Jawad Majid Khan will continue as President and CEO, the bank informed the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) on Wednesday.
The appointments were made following the bank’s Annual General Meeting held on March 27, 2025. Mr. Lootah’s re-election was approved through a resolution by circulation under Section 192(1) of the Companies Act, 2017.
The continuation of Mr. Jawad Majid Khan as CEO was approved by the board under Sections 187 and 188 of the Act. The PSX has been requested to inform its members of the changes accordingly.
