Zuma Resources begins operational, commercial activities

Zuma Resources Limited has formally started its operational and commercial activities after adopting a new Memorandum of Association, according to a notice submitted to the Pakistan Stock Exchange.

The company informed the exchange that the start of operations aligns with the objectives defined in its newly adopted memorandum.

An auditor’s certificate confirming the commencement of operational and commercial activities has been submitted in accordance with PSX Regulation 5.11.1(a).

The company also filed a disclosure form under SRO 142(1)/2012 read with Sections 96 and 131 of the Securities Act, 2015, the notice said.

The exchange has been requested to inform TRE certificate holders about the development.
