Itanz secures AU$1.75 million contract with Australia’s Icon Water

Itanz Technologies Limited (formerly Zahur Cotton Mills Ltd) has secured a five-year contract worth AU$1.75 million with Icon Water Limited, the largest water utility in the Australian Capital Territory, according to a notification submitted to the Pakistan Stock Exchange on Monday.

The company informed the exchange that the agreement has been signed to implement an Integration Architecture Deployment project for the Australian utility.

The disclosure was made in compliance with Section 96 of the Securities Act, 2015 and Clause 5.6.1(a) of the Pakistan Stock Exchange regulations regarding material information.

Under the agreement, Itanz will provide integration architecture services to support the utility’s system deployment over a five-year period.

The company stated that it remains committed to meeting regulatory requirements and maintaining corporate governance standards while executing the project.
