Rolls-Royce launches Spectre Series II with up to 18% more range, faster charging
Electric super-coupé gets up to range to 390 miles, or 628 kilometres, 14% shorter charging time; Black Badge version delivers 500kW power, 1,100Nm torque

Rolls-Royce Motor Cars has announced Spectre Series II, introducing technical, design and Bespoke updates to its electric super-coupé, including extended range, reduced charging time and higher torque.
The updated Spectre offers up to 18% more driving range, taking total range to 390 miles, or 628 kilometres, on the WLTP cycle.
Charging times have also been reduced by up to 14% through re-engineered battery cell technology.

Power output for Spectre Series II stands at 442kW, while torque is rated at 1,015Nm.
In Black Badge Spectre Series II, Infinity Mode raises output to 500kW, while Spirited Mode delivers up to 1,100Nm of torque, making it the most powerful Rolls-Royce produced so far.

The company said the new model builds on Spectre, which was introduced in 2022 and became the brand’s second best-selling model globally in 2025.
Rolls-Royce said Spectre Series II retains the fastback profile, split headlamp signature and main exterior design of the original model.

A new exterior colour, Ethereal Blue, has been introduced for the model.
The car also gets a new 23-inch forged alloy wheel design, featuring a faceted multi-spoke treatment. Each wheel is hand-finished for up to six hours and is available in part-polished and fully polished finishes.

For Black Badge Spectre Series II, Rolls-Royce has introduced Iced Black exterior detailing, applying a matte finish to the grille surround, sideframe finishers, bumper inserts, door handles, Spirit of Ecstasy and other exterior elements.
The Black Badge version also gets a new wheelset, available in Iced Matte Black for the first time on a Black Badge wheel.
Inside, Spectre Series II adds new materials and craft options under the company’s Bespoke programme.

Rolls-Royce has introduced Duality Twill, a bamboo-based rayon fabric inspired by the bamboo grove near Sir Henry Royce’s former winter home, Villa Mimosa, on the Côte d’Azur.
A Duality Twill interior can include up to 2.6 million stitches, 10 miles of thread and require up to 25 hours to complete.
The material is available in Lilac, Chocolate, Black and Sage, with clients able to select from more than 50 thread colours.
Placed Perforation leather has also been added to the Spectre Series II. For its debut, Rolls-Royce designed a moonlight cloud-inspired pattern across the shoulder and headrest areas of the front and rear seats.
The pattern uses 78,138 perforations in three sizes: 0.8mm, 1.0mm and 1.2mm.
A new high-gloss Brindled Walnut veneer has also been introduced, using walnut from non-fruiting trees and residual eucalyptus fibres from fine paper production.
The Interior Panel and Clock Gallery now extend across the full width of the fascia and are joined by a new Illuminated Fascia artwork.
The Illuminated Fascia uses 8,108 individual pixel-like illuminations arranged in a directional wave pattern inspired by mist over the South Downs near Rolls-Royce’s Goodwood base.
Spectre Series II also gets a new clock design inspired by aviation instruments, housed in a Clock Cabinet vitrine with an up-lit Spirit of Ecstasy figurine made from solid stainless steel.
The company said demand for Bespoke commissions on Spectre is surpassed only by Phantom, with some clients requesting more than 20 individual Bespoke elements in their cars.
Rolls-Royce said client usage data showed Spectre is typically the second Rolls-Royce in a seven-car garage, but is increasingly used for personal driving and daily use.

Average annual mileage remains around 4,000 miles, or 6,500 kilometres, similar to other two-door Rolls-Royce models such as Wraith, Dawn and Phantom Coupé.
The company said one European client had driven more than 30,000 miles, or 50,000 kilometres, in two years after taking delivery.
According to the company’s WLTP figures, Spectre Series II has a power consumption of 2.9 to 3.1 miles per kWh, or 21.7 to 20.2 kWh per 100 kilometres. Its electric range is listed at 362 to 390 miles, or 582 to 628 kilometres, with zero CO2 emissions and pass-by noise of 65dB(A).
Black Badge Spectre Series II has WLTP power consumption of 2.9 to 3.1 miles per kWh, or 21.8 to 20.2 kWh per 100 kilometres. Its electric range is listed at 359 to 390 miles, or 578 to 628 kilometres, with zero CO2 emissions.
