China keen to set up automobile city in Gwadar

China is keen to set up automobile city and chemical plant under China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) in Gwadar.

According to sources, work has been initiated by China on these two important projects. Earlier, China had expressed its keen interest in establishing a steel mill in Gwadar.  Work on various development projects is underway under CPEC in different parts of the country.

Experts say the mega project will not only benefit Pakistan but also the entire region.
