Pakistan, Kyrgyzstan to boost trade, cultural ties

Pakistan and Kyrgyzstan have agreed to enhance trade and cultural relations.

The understanding was expressed at a meeting between Speaker National Assembly Sardar Ayaz Sadiq and his Kyrgyz counterpart Asylbek Jeenbekov in Islamabad on Monday.

A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the Parliaments of both the countries was also signed on the occasion.

Speaking on the occasion, Ayaz Sadiq said that Pakistan and Kyrgyzstan enjoy excellent bilateral ties in diverse fields. He stressed the need for further cementing bilateral cooperation in diverse sectors.

Asylbek Jeenbekov appreciated the role of Pakistan for development and progress of the region. He said his country was committed to boosting bilateral ties with Pakistan.
