‘Textile package in final stages’

FAISALABAD: The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) government is working actively on a new textile package to enhance textile exports, it was learnt on Tuesday.

Addressing a reception at Faisalabad Dry Port Trust, newly-elected Punjab Assembly member Farrukh Habib said that the government was bound to resolve issues being confronted by the city of Faisalabad in general and the business community in particular.

He said that work on textile package was in a final stage and would be announced by next week.

He assured that the railway level crossing of Faisalabad Dry Port Trust would be opened very soon and Railways Minister Sheikh Rasheed will be invited to visit Faisalabad as early as possible.
