KP govt introduces reforms to uplift agri sector

PESHAWAR: The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government has introduced goal-oriented reforms to facilitate and uplift the agriculture sector.

Addressing the farmers at village Shahbaig in Mardan, Mardan Agriculture Department Extension District Director Abdul Qayyum Khan said the KP government’s reforms are aimed to encourage farmers and growers to get maximum agriculture production for benefits of the people.

He said the wheat sowing season was approaching in central Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and advised the farmers and growers to use latest machinery in preparation of fields to get pumper wheat crop.
