PM Imran orders timely completion of CPEC projects

 ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Imran Khan has directed authorities concerned to expedite the completion of continued projects under the China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC).

He issued these orders while chairing a high-level review meeting in Islamabad the other day regarding progress on various CPEC projects.

The prime minister stressed the need to fully benefit from Chinese experience in social sectors, especially in poverty reduction and agriculture. The prime minister gave directions to the CPEC Authority to accelerate implementation of various projects in the second phase of CPEC.
