  1. Honorable JICA President Mr. Shinichi Kitaoka on 4 days visit to Pakistan with blessings to the opening of the KCR Karachi Circular Railway project is started with full zeal for Karachi. We trust your visit to Pakistan will open a new chapter in Railways of Pakistan with Shinkansen High Speed train to support the cause of CEPAK in Pakistan.
The Shinkansen technology licensed to China as well to further the cause of CEPAK as early as possible. The honorable Ambassador Federal Republic Germany also travelled by train 26 hours to Karachi from Rawalpindi indicates their enthusiasm for Pakistan Train Technologies to serve the masses of Pakistan.
Suggest to please consider JV between Pakistan/Japan for the local assembly for domestic and export of technology. We eagerly wait your consideration to a change in Pakistan logistics and transport, as we are already in Rail Cargo with the ATA Carnet treaty worldwide.
Best wishes for the KCR and Pakistan Rail Technological change to Shinkansen.
