Supreme Court orders reopening of shopping malls across country

The Supreme Court of Pakistan on Monday ordered the reopening of shopping malls across the country.

A five-member bench of the Supreme Court headed by Chief Justice Gulzar Ahmad was hearing a suo motu case regarding measures taken against the Covid-19. The apex court also ordered that all the small markets should remain open to public on the weekends. The National Disaster Management Authority presented its report before the court. The hearing of the case has been adjourned till Tuesday.
