The Dawood Hercules Corporation Limited (DAWH) on Tuesday informed that the transaction of pending disposal of 19.86 percent shareholding of the company in e2e Business Enterprise Pvt Limited (e2eBE) in the annual accounts of the year 2017, 2018 and 2019 has not taken effect, said the company in a statement to the Pakistan Stock Exchange.
The company retains its shareholding in e2eBE to 39 percent, the statement further said and added that this was due to the delays in recording the transfer of shares in the share register of e2eBE and as per agreement, the company and buyer have agreed not to proceed with the pending transaction.
