ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad Capital Administration (ICT) under Anti-Terrorism Act, 1997 has seized and frozen the properties against the names of persons included in Schedule IV with immediate effect.
According to letter issued by the DC Islamabad the properties of Imtiaz Ahmad alias Taji Khokhar, Farukh Khokhar, Mudassar Nazar, Raja Muahmmad Nazak, Asif Khokhar, Abdur Rehman, Khurram Shahzad, Raja Raziur Rehman and Raja Nasir Mahmood, in Koral, Sihala and Bhara Kahu are hereby frozen with immediate effect and further orders under relevent provisions of Anti-Terrorism Act, 1997.
Under the order of ICT, a total land measuring 1,717 kanal and 27 marlas would be seized with immediate effect that include a 663 kanal of land owned by Imtiaz Khan Khokhar and Farrukh Khokhar in Koral while the remaining land is owned by other owners placed in Schedule IV.
The Assistant Commissioner (Saddar), ICT and Tehsildar, ICT are further directed to take over the possession of the properties and submit a compliance report within 15 days positively, the order of ICT further noted.Â
