CNG price increased by Rs2 per kg in Punjab

LAHORE: After the surge in Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) price, the rate of compressed natural gas (CNG) has also been increased by Rs2 per kg in Punjab on Saturday.

CNG is now available for Rs79.20 in Lahore.

Earlier, Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) issued a price-revision notification of Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) for the month of November.

As per the notification, the authority increased the locally produced LPG price by Rs114.05 per cylinder of 11.8 kg.

Meanwhile, OGRA has fixed the LPG rate at Rs129,689.49 per metric tonne (MT) for the month of November.

The new price was effective from November 1.

  1. I dont know why govt increased and always keeps high rate of cng in kpk. And also all pakistan knows about، that the kpk is a producer pr0vince of gas and electicity. But with these all thing here in kpk peoples facing high loadsheddin everytime time , and every upcomming govt cannot provide any relief to this province. See to difference of rate in cng only here in cng rate is 138.90 pr kg and petrol 102. And in punjab cng 79. Only. and petrol 102.
    Much difference is between these two provinces why ? . Pm imran khan we vote and support you as you shown the green garden to us , now give the justic equally to the nation of pakistan . And speccially give relief to cng sector in rate just like punjab. Because we are all pakistani. Thanks..
