Ikramullah Khan appointed as Chairman of Bank of Khyber

New Chairman will take over the role from Syed Imtiaz Hussain Shah

The Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has appointed Mr Ikramullah Khan as the new Chairman of the Bank of Khyber. 

Khan, currently serving as Additional Chief Secretary for the Planning and Development Department, will take over the role from Syed Imtiaz Hussain Shah. 

“We have to inform you that the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has appointed Mr. Ikramullah Khan as Additional Chief Secretary, Planning & Development Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa in place of Syed Imtiaz Hussain Shah,” read BOK’s notice sent to the PSX on Wednesday.

Mr Ikramullah Khan by his posting as Additional Chief Secretary, will assume office of Chairman, Board of Directors of the bank.

The Bank of Khyber has notified the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) of the leadership change and requested the TRE Certificate Holders to take note of the development.
