OPEC has received updated compensation plans for oil output from eight countries that exceeded their voluntary production quotas within the OPEC+ group.
The countries submitting these plans include Saudi Arabia, Russia, Iraq, the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Kazakhstan, Algeria, and Oman, the organization announced on Wednesday.
