Attock Petroleum Limited (APL) has entered into a collaboration agreement with HUBCO Green (Private) Limited (HGL), a subsidiary of Hub Power Holding Limited, to develop and market electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure at selected APL locations across Pakistan.
According to a filing by Attock Petroleum at the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) on Friday, the agreement was finalised on April 24, 2025.

Under the agreement, APL & HGL will develop and market electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure at selected APL locations across Pakistan,” read the notice sent by the APL to the PSX.
This initiative is a significant step in Pakistan’s transition towards sustainable energy, aligning with global trends in the growing electric vehicle market.
As part of the agreement, APL and HGL will work together to build a network of EV charging stations at strategic locations to support the increasing demand for electric vehicles in the country.
