FDA’s one window counter resolves 1,242 cases from January to June

38 applications remain under process in various sectors

FAISALABAD: Over 1,242 applicants received relief through the Faisalabad Development Authority’s one-window counter during the past six months, while 38 applications remain under process in various sectors.

The update was shared during a meeting chaired by FDA Director General Muhammad Asif Chaudhry on Monday. Additional Director General Qaiser Abbas Rind, Director Junaid Hassan Manj, and other officials were also present.

From January to June, 704 applicants related to Estate Management-I received services, while 377 applications related to Town Planning-I were processed. In matters related to Town Planning, 130 applicants were provided with relief, and action was completed on 31 citizen applications concerning Katchi Abadis.

Applications that received departmental services included approvals of residential and commercial building plans, commercialization requests, property transfers, ownership clearance certificates, various no-objection certificates, and issues related to illegal housing schemes.
