Din Group rents out idle area of Spinning Unit-IV to improve asset utilization

Din Group has informed the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) that it has rented out the unused area of its Spinning Unit-IV as part of efforts to optimise asset utilisation.

In a material disclosure, the group said the move follows its earlier announcement in September 2025 regarding the shutdown of Spinning Unit-IV. The area that was not under-utilization after the shutdown has now been leased, allowing the company to derive value from idle assets.

The disclosure was made in line with Clause 5.6.1(a) of the PSX Rule Book and Sections 96 and 131 of the Securities Act, 2015. The company requested the exchange to disseminate the information to market participants accordingly.

Din Group said the arrangement is intended to improve efficiency by making productive use of underutilized space.
