Ghani Chemical enters agreement with UK firm to expand medical gas systems business

Ghani Chemical Industries Limited has entered into an agreement with UK-based Precision Parts UK Ltd to jointly market and install medical gas pipeline systems and related products in Pakistan’s healthcare sector.

In a notice issued to the Pakistan Stock Exchange on Friday, the company said the partnership has been formed under the CPX® brand, which has representation in more than 100 countries and a significant share of the UK market.

The agreement was signed at a ceremony held in Lahore on January 29, 2026, attended by representatives from government and private hospitals across the country.

Ghani Chemical said the collaboration will allow both companies to jointly offer medical gas pipeline solutions and associated systems to hospitals and healthcare facilities in Pakistan.

The company added that the management expects the addition of this new business line to support growth in turnover and improve its bottom line going forward.
