Aurion.AI, a Symmetry Group subsidiary, files for PSX listing 

Aurion.AI Limited, a subsidiary of Symmetry Group Limited, has formally applied for listing on the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the parent company informed the exchange in a notice dated July 28, 2026.

The application was submitted through Aurion.AI's Consultant to Issue, LSE Capital Limited. 

As part of the listing process, the company has uploaded its Prospectus and associated documentation on the PRIDE portal for review and approval by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) and the PSX.

Aurion.AI intends to raise Rs750 million through an initial public offering (IPO) at a floor price of Rs5.00 per share.

Symmetry Group said it looks forward to having another member of the Symmetry family list on the PSX in the near future, adding that the group remains committed to continuous improvement and delivering value to its shareholders.

Symmetry Group Limited was incorporated in Pakistan as a private limited company on February 3, 2012, under the repealed Companies Ordinance, 1984, now the Companies Act 2017. 

The company converted to a public limited company in May 2017 and was listed on the PSX on September 1, 2023. 

Its principal activities span digital media and advertising services, covering transformation, interactive, commerce and mobility segments.
