LSE SPAC-II lists on PSX after IPO draws 22.27 times subscription
Company receives 8,707 applications for 2 million shares and transfers Rs180 million, or 90% of IPO proceeds, to an escrow account

LSE SPAC-II Limited has been listed on the Pakistan Stock Exchange’s Main Board after completing an initial public offering that was oversubscribed 22.27 times.
The company received 8,707 applications against the 2 million shares offered in the IPO, according to information released by the PSX.
LSE SPAC-II was formally listed on July 13, 2026.
Following completion of the public offering, the company transferred Rs180 million, representing 90% of the total IPO proceeds, to a designated escrow account.
The transfer was made in line with Section 4A.5 of the company’s prospectus and the Public Offering Regulations, 2017.
The company disclosed the transfer to the PSX on July 15, 2026.
LSE SPAC-II is a special purpose acquisition company established to raise funds through a public offering before identifying and completing a qualifying acquisition or merger.
