Dewan Cement appoints Ishtiaq Ahmad as chairman, Ghazanfar Baber Siddiqi as CEO

Dewan Cement Limited has announced changes to its top management, appointing Ishtiaq Ahmad as chairman of the board of directors and Ghazanfar Baber Siddiqi as chief executive officer, effective February 2, 2026.

The company disclosed the appointments in a notice submitted to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) on Monday. 

According to the filing, the new chairman and chief executive officer assumed their respective roles on Monday, February 2, 2026. The company requested the stock exchange to inform market participants accordingly.
