Muhammad Junaid Khalid appointed company secretary at Pakistan Stock Exchange

Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) has announced the appointment of Muhammad Junaid Khalid as its new company secretary, following the exit of Dr. Fakhara Rizwan from the position.
In a notification issued on February 2, 2026, the exchange informed the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) and its chief regulatory officer that Dr. Rizwan relinquished the role of company secretary, chief governance and corporate affairs officer at the close of business on the same day.
The exchange said Khalid has been appointed in her place with immediate effect, marking a change in the senior governance and compliance leadership at the bourse.
