Pakistan Stock Exchange to remain closed on February 5 for Kashmir Day

The Pakistan Stock Exchange will remain closed on Thursday, February 5, 2026, after the Government of Pakistan declared a public holiday on account of Kashmir Day, according to an official notice issued on Monday.

In a notification circulated to TRE Certificate Holders, staff and other stakeholders, PSX said all trading and related activities will remain suspended for the day, with normal operations set to resume thereafter.

The notice, issued by the Trading and TREC Affairs Department, has also been shared with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan, Central Depository Company, National Clearing Company of Pakistan Limited and posted on the PSX website for wider dissemination.
