Pakistan’s liquid foreign reserves rise to $21.37 billion

Pakistan’s total liquid foreign reserves stood at $21,374.7 million as of February 6, 2026, according to data released by the State Bank of Pakistan.

Of the total, $16,177.8 million were held by the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP), while net foreign reserves held by commercial banks amounted to $5,196.9 million.

During the week ended February 6, 2026, the SBP’s foreign exchange reserves increased by $21 million, rising to $16,177.8 million.

The figures reflect the country’s external liquidity position based on consolidated holdings of the central bank and commercial banks.
