Sazgar Engineering to buy CBD Lahore commercial plot for Rs1.47 billion

Sazgar Engineering Works Limited has announced plans to purchase a commercial plot in Lahore’s Central Business District (CBD) valued at Rs1.47 billion, according to a disclosure submitted to the Pakistan Stock Exchange.

The company said the plot measures 5.07 kanals and will be acquired as part of its commercial expansion plans.

According to the disclosure made under Section 96 of the Securities Act, 2015, the company’s chief executive officer has been authorized to negotiate and finalize the terms of the transaction and complete all legal formalities required for the purchase.

The disclosure was issued from the company’s registered office at 88-Ali Town, Thokar Niaz Baig, Raiwind Road, Lahore.

Sazgar Engineering Works Limited informed the exchange that the transaction relates to the purchase of commercial land in the Central Business District of Lahore, and requested that the information be shared with TRE certificate holders of the exchange.
