Pakistan Oxygen CEO Matin Amjad steps down

Pakistan Oxygen Limited (PSX: PAKOXY) said on Monday that Chief Executive Officer Matin Amjad has resigned and will leave the position effective June 25, 2026.

In a notice sent to the Pakistan Stock Exchange, the company said the vacancy created by his departure will be filled in due course in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Pakistan Oxygen manufactures industrial and medical gases and welding electrodes, and also markets medical equipment.

The company was incorporated in Pakistan as a private limited company in 1949 and converted into a public limited company in 1958.
