Engro Holdings reappoints Hussain Dawood as chairman, Abdul Samad Dawood as CEO

Engro Holdings Limited has reappointed Hussain Dawood as chairman of the board and Abdul Samad Dawood as chief executive officer following the election of directors at the company’s annual general meeting held on April 28, 2026.

According to a notice issued to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) on Monday, the reappointments will take effect from May 22, 2026.

The company stated that the reappointments were approved by the Board of Directors after the election process conducted during the annual general meeting.

Engro Holdings said both reappointments would remain effective until the next election of directors of the company.

The notification was issued by Company Secretary Muhammad Amin on behalf of Engro Holdings Limited.
