Two PAS officers posted to Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority on deputation
Majid Mohsin Panhwar, Flt. Lt. (Retd.) Imran Ali Sultan transferred to petroleum sector regulator for one year

The federal government has transferred two senior Pakistan Administrative Service (PAS) officers to the Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) on deputation, according to separate notifications issued by the Establishment Division.
The officers include Majid Mohsin Panhwar, a BS-20 officer, and Flt. Lt. (Retd.) Imran Ali Sultan, a BS-18 officer.
According to the notifications, the services of both officers have been placed at the disposal of OGRA, which operates under the Cabinet Division.
They have been posted to the petroleum sector regulator on a deputation basis, on standard terms and conditions, initially for a period of one year, with immediate effect and until further orders.
Majid Mohsin Panhwar was previously serving as Director General at the President’s Secretariat on deputation.
The first notification stated that Panhwar, a BS-20 officer of the Pakistan Administrative Service, had been transferred and his services placed at the disposal of OGRA under the Cabinet Division.
In a separate notification, the Establishment Division announced the transfer of Flt. Lt. (Retd.) Imran Ali Sultan to OGRA.
Imran Ali Sultan was previously posted under the Government of Punjab before being assigned to the regulator.
The notifications have been issued by the Establishment Division and will be published in the next issue of the Gazette of Pakistan.
