Business community to stand united: UBS chief

KARACHI

United Business Group (UBS) Chief S M Muneer has said business community would remain united for the progress and prosperity of the country.

Speaking to a core committee meeting of the group on Monday, he expressed the need of providing incentives to industrial sector to attract new investment and increase job opportunities.

He said that the group is here to strengthen FPCCI and work for the well-being of the business community.

Chairman UBG, Iftikhar Ali Malik said that the group is a symbol of unity among the business community.

He said that in last three years members of the group elected as representatives of FPCCI have delivered unprecedented results and made all possible efforts to get their issues resolved.

President FPCCI, Zubair Tufail expressed concern over non-release of stuck-up refunds of exports. He said that the business community issued increase due to the unconcerned attitude of the government.
