MPCL receives 1st prize for Best HRM Practices 2017

KARACHI: Mari Petroleum Company Limited has been awarded 1st Prize in the Best HRM Practices 2017 (in the category of Large National Companies) at the Annual International HRM Conference organised by Employers’ Federation of Pakistan (EFP) on November 24, 2017, at Marriott Hotel, Karachi. The awards were distributed by the chief guest of the ceremony, High Commissioner Australia to Pakistan Margaret Adamson in an eventful function organised by the EFP.

A total of fifteen renowned companies from across Pakistan participated in the conference. MPCL GM (HR) Brig (retd) Abdul Ghaffar Khan received the award and also chaired a session on “Impact of Emerging Market on HRM culture and Role of Trio (CEO, CFO & CTO) in Organisational Development” wherein the two guest speakers namely Valparaiso University VA Director For International Initiatives Erik Froelich and Bahria University Karachi Campus Dean & Head of Management Sciences Dr Mustaghis-ur-Rahman delivered their incisive speeches.
