OGRA reduced LPG prices for July 2026, setting it at Rs241.43 per kg. The 11.8-kg domestic cylinder drops to Rs2,848.91, down about Rs794 from June.

ISLAMABAD:In a major relief for inflation-hit consumers, the Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) has reduced the price of Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) by Rs67.33 per kilogram for July 2026, lowering the cost of an 11.8-kilogram domestic cylinder by Rs794.05.
According to a notification issued by OGRA, the new LPG price has been fixed at Rs241.43 per kg, effective from July 1, compared with the prevailing rate of Rs309 per kg during June.
Following the reduction, the price of a standard 11.8-kg domestic LPG cylinder has been set at Rs2,848.91, down from Rs3,644 in June.
Commercial consumers will also benefit from the price cut. OGRA has reduced the price of a commercial LPG cylinder by Rs3,057, bringing its new price down to Rs10,960 for July.
The revised LPG prices will come into force from 12:00 midnight, marking the beginning of the new month.
The sharp reduction is expected to provide substantial financial relief to millions of households that rely on LPG for cooking and heating, particularly in areas without access to natural gas. Businesses using commercial LPG cylinders, including restaurants, hotels and small industries, are also likely to benefit from lower fuel costs during July.
OGRA announced the revised prices through an official notification, which will remain applicable throughout the month of July.
