CPEC joint working committee to meet on Dec 9

ISLAMABAD: The China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) joint working committee will meet in Beijing on December 9 to endorse the bilateral agreements signed during Prime Minister Imran Khan’s recent visit to China.

The matter of Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates’ (UAE) inclusion in CPEC as investment partners will be also discussed during the meetings, according to the CPEC Secretariat officials.

In addition, the meeting will review the strategy of the Joint Working Group with regard to the development of agriculture in both countries.
