Dollar remains unchanged in interbank, closes at Rs141.39

ISLAMABAD: The exchange rate of Dollar remained constant in interbank and was traded at Rs141.39, State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) reported on Tuesday.

However, according to Forex Association of Pakistan, the buying and selling rates of dollar in open market were recorded at Rs141.80 and Rs142.30.

The SBP reported that in interbank, the price of Euro increased by 70 paisa after which it was traded at Rs158.52 as compared to the last closing at 157.82. The price of Japanese yen remained stable at Rs1.26, while the increase of 66 paisa was witnessed in exchange rate of British Pound which was traded at Rs183.59 against 182.93 of last day.

Exchange rates of UAE Dirham and Saudi Rayal remain unchanged and were traded at Rs 38.49 and Rs 37.70 respectively.
