KARACHI: Arif Habib Corporation Limited (AHCL) has, in pursuance of 110(3) of the Securities Act, 2015, acquired further 7,880,522 voting shares of ORIX Leasing Pakistan Limited (OLPL), a company notification sent to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) said on Tuesday.
On account of this transaction the combined shareholding of AHCL becomes 20,380,222 shares representing 12.2% of the total issued voting shares of OLPL, the notice said.
In May 2018, AHCL had acquired 1,500,000 of OLPL to take its total to 14,427,352 shares, representing 10.36% of the total issued shares of OLPL at that time.
