SECP gives regulatory relief to companies in wake of coronavirus 

In the wake of the coronavirus situation in the country, the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) has announced regulatory relief for the companies, a local newspaper reported.

A notification in this regard was issued here the other day. It is pertinent to mention here that the corporate sector is facing troubles in holding annual general meetings, communication with shareholders,  financial statements etc and the SECP has given relief to the companies.
