Quantum Data Technologies plans board reshuffle as Khawaja Jahangir resigns
Company intends to appoint Hamza Yousaf as a director; he and Danish Tanveer have become substantial shareholders with a combined 35.63% stake.

Quantum Data Technologies Limited has announced a change in its board, with Khawaja Jahangir resigning as a director and Hamza Yousaf proposed as his replacement.
The company, formerly known as Chakwal Spinning Mills Limited, said Yousaf’s appointment remained subject to the completion of applicable corporate and regulatory formalities.
Quantum Data Technologies said the board change was part of its ongoing corporate transformation and governance strategy.
The company expects the proposed appointment to add expertise in technology, digital transformation, corporate strategy and business development as it expands its focus on the technology sector.
Separately, Yousaf and Danish Tanveer became substantial shareholders on July 9, 2026. Yousaf holds a 20.62% stake, while Tanveer owns 15.01%, taking their combined shareholding to 35.63%.
