Al-Ghazi Tractors appoints Antoine Barthes as chairman after board resignations

Al-Ghazi Tractors Limited has appointed Antoine Barthes as chairman of its board after accepting the resignations of two directors, including the outgoing chairman.

Al-Ghazi Tractors disclosed the changes in a notice submitted to the Pakistan Stock Exchange.

The company’s board accepted the resignations of Robert Ian McAllister, who served as director and chairman, and Paul Terence Wagstaff, a director, at a meeting held on July 10, 2026. Both resignations took effect immediately.

Antoine Barthes and Neil Muncer have been appointed as directors to fill the casual vacancies for the remainder of the board’s term.

The board also elected Barthes as chairman for the remaining tenure.
