Lotte Chemical reappoints Imtiaz Ahmed as chairman, Adnan Afridi as CEO

Lotte Chemical Pakistan Limited has reappointed Imtiaz Ahmed as chairman of the board and Adnan Afridi as chief executive of the company.

The company informed the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) through a notice dated June 24, 2026.

According to the notice, both appointments took effect from June 23, 2026.

Lotte Chemical Pakistan asked the Pakistan Stock Exchange to inform TRE Certificate Holders of the development.
